Connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. It's a space for you to share your thoughts and experiences of young people's mental health.
Please note that we aren’t always able to monitor our social media accounts outside of our normal working hours.
Think Before You Post: Social media is public so please think before you post and only share what you are comfortable with. Remember, what you post could be seen by anyone, now or in the future.
Your safety: Please check your privacy settings and make sure your profile is set to private or friends only. You should also familiarise yourself with how to block someone on a social networking site and report them, if necessary.
Comments and Moderation: We may delete comments breaking our rules. Our goal is to keep our community safe, including you.
Direct Support: We don't provide direct support via social media. If you mention that you or someone you know is at risk, we'll connect you with the right help. Social media is never the best way to contact us for support.
Sensitive Topics: If you mention harm, we must pass it on to help keep you safe. This includes emergency services or others.
Comments We Remove: We'll delete comments that could upset others—suicidal messages, self harm, harm towards others, insults, threats, bullying, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate links. Removed comments and any response made, may be held in off-line files or passed to relevant authorities if we believe there is just cause.
Material Not Allowed: We will delete any post that breaches the law, harmful statements, impersonation, content in breach of legal duty, or anything conflicting with our objectives.
Accuracy: Posts must be accurate and comply with laws.
Requests for Projects/Events: We receive requests to post about other projects and events. We cannot and will not post unless we can 100% vouch for those involved.
Advertisements: Commercial posts unrelated to Nai’s House will be deleted.
Privacy: Every post is public. We may share content with relevant authorities for safety.
Outreach: We may use comments and posts on Nai's House social media sites for marketing purposes. We try to get consent for this from the contributor where possible.
