Our new training in partnership with Oxfordshire MIND is specifically for any professional, or adult, who works with or regularly comes into contact with young people.
Participants will learn:

When: Wednesday 1st April 2026
Time: 9.30am - 2.30pm
Where: In person, The Methodist Church, Sheep Street, Bicester OX26
ALLIES is our new training specifically for young people aged 15-25, to provide them with information and practical skills so that they can help support their friends and peers who are experiencing challenges around their emotional and mental health, self harm and suicidality.
The training is split up over 4 days and into 4 sections:
Peer support
Mental health and Trauma
Suicide awareness and prevention
Skills practice
We will provide support to any participant who is supporting a friend.
Training will take place in person at Nai's House: 30th March - 3rd April and online 6th - 10th April.
safeTALK is a 4 hour workshop that addresses the stigma surrouning suicide and provides participants with the knowledge and skills to identify a person thinking of suicide and how they can help them using four simple steps.
The next workshop is on Wednesday 29th April, 10am - 2pm at Nai's House, Garth Park, Bicester OX26 6PS
Refreshments, workbooks and pens will be provided.
