We are hugely grateful for the time and effort everybody took to take part or attend the Launton Village Players Pantomime - Hickory Dickory Dock. We had no idea they would raise the most astounding amount of £7,500 for Nai's House. LVP decided to donate the money to Nai's House after the recent loss of Virgil Rhone who use to attend LVP and Nai's House. Here is a little about Virgil:-
Virgil Rhone was so unique and creative, in essence Virgil was quirky, imaginative, creative, gentle, kind and loyal, with an other-worldly sensitivity and deep connection with animals and those who are vulnerable or on the edge of society. They loved being in the panto and threw themself into it as they did with so many things creative. Virgil struggled with mental health and suicidality following being bullied at school and at the end was also in severe chronic pain, resulting in being in a wheelchair. We are very grateful that Launton Village Players have used this years panto in memory of Virgil for Nai's House who support many young people.
Vanessa, Pete & Ben Rhone.
We are so very grateful for their donation which will go directly to support many young people through Nai's House. Thank you.
